I have my own spreadsheets, but the calculators lay it out better and the PDF print outs that you can download and share are really well done.

Perhaps I should fire up the printing press.

I dislike videos; too slow.With the written word I can skim along quickly 'till I see what I need and then slow down, re-read as needed, or even print out a hard-copy.

I will use direct mail, bandit signs, flyers and printed/web classifieds to obtain my leads.
