assignment contracts

hi everyone, I just wanted to get a direct answer from someone about assignment contracts. Where exactly do you get them? I see people download them, print them off. I also have seen where you sign the contract at the title company when you close? Not 100% sure. I'm also located in Michigan, so someone from Michigan would be more helpful unless you know. I know all states work differently.

Thank you in advance!

Hello @Brandi Bryan Im no expert and definitly not a lawyer but I will say I also have been looking into proper and legal contracts. I would suggest you research what you can on BP about Michigan wholesaling and contracts that support but also google for some info on Michigan law in this regard, and seek advice also from a attorney that can maybe explain it properly and ensure you have no worries. There is a legal way to approach the business here in Michigan and that is what you want to be sure you are adhering to. I've been researching and asking as many questions as possible myself and have had great advice here from different forums and other investors and so far have come up with several techniques I plan to use so far. Hope this helps some.

Best wishes
