If you have noticed, Avon and Avon Lake have a TON of new (very large and national) retailers moving in the area.

Firestone/Jiffy Lube/Merlin's or some sort local operator who is tied in at the national level with Amazon are the examples we are being given.

The market will correct itself for sure but IMO the City will endure as we are talking about the national and global population who I am sure will jump right in during this deleveraging downturn.
