Ancillary Businesses to Amazon Distribution Centers

Hello Fellow BP'ers,

What are some ancillary businesses/companies that typically choose to locate close to Amazon Distribution Centers?  Most specifically, companies with light industrial uses. 


Also, using historical precedent, have other like-kind/large-scale businesses (FedEx, GEODIS, Home Depot, etc) chosen to open their own distribution centers within close proximity to the ADC?  If so, what is the competitive gain in proximity to competitors?
