I have 50+ units under management and we don't use an expensive platform (we will eventually but no need yet).

Does it feel like auction.com has now become a platform for inexperienced buyers/investors?

I’m fairly new to the Bigger Pockets platform and was listening to a podcast recently that caught my attention.

I'd also say that by refreshing the listing or unpublishing and then publishing again can help to push that rental up on the listing site feeds (all depends upon the platform you're using).

Because we would emotionally like to own this property for some conveniences, I need to keep this decision based on the numbers making sense, so I am really thankful to have this platform for feedback.

Keep in mind screening timeline (generally, 30 to 60 days prior); and while some of the major platforms are trying to change their listing practices, it still could be worthwhile to look into a tool where one listing will syndicate to multiple sites.
