What's a good lead source for wholesale deals to JV on? I've been trying to cowholesale on my house deals.com and the numbers are not accurate and i havent had any luck making connections. I 'm looking for a new platform or website that has great deals with accurate information.

Any site that list “wholesale deals” is total crap, just like house deals.com.
