What I find interesting is that the economy is in the tank and all the government comes up with is ways to tighten controls without making a way for jobs to be created.Tightening credit is a poor way of encouraging existing or new business to take on risk.

What some don't seem to realize is that in the last several years the government has made it necessary for banks to have larger reserves in order to lend money.Government agencies create many of the lending guidelines.

Hey There Eugene,Well to be completely honest, I sent them(the city code dept) an e-mail stating I was interested in petitioning to the government about the problems the city faces with all of the properties with code violations.

The government also seems to be a bit of a mess there although it is possible that the regulatory environment might get better instead of worse.I would not move based on what you have said.

The government is in charge of protecting our borders, how is that working out?
