Sean, I feel you are putting the cart before the horse with your comments.

I was recently laid off from work and (long story short) I did some deep self-reflection and the rat race isn’t for me so I’ve decided I’m investing in real estate.

I'm planning on going to the city to get it from the horses mouth but I was hoping for some input/advice from experienced investors prior to opening up that can of worms.

I am just wondering if thats an expense I should incur upfront or would I be putting the cart before the horse?
