I would like to become a broker in Washington, D.C. and believe that I am subject to an exemption from licensure requirements under section 47-2853.181. 

I have been provided a Pro Forma from the listing broker, and it appears that there is some room for improvement on the numbers, especially vacancy during the peak season. 

Unless you're managing your own properties, you may also want to consider partnering with a Real Estate Broker (unless you have your brokers license) to comply with legal requirements.

I am now starting the process of looking for a Employing  Broker to hang my license under.

I am currently working with a lender that is a mortgage broker for Wells Fargo.

My mortgage broker tells me that I need to wait about a year before I can re use my VA loan. 

Ive tried everywhere i just cant seem to get it out there enough to get people to check it out. i am wanting to move out to grand lake area but im stuck in the city cause i own the early bird bar in sw side of town and theres alot of good patirons that stay loyal customers. i really want to get it sold where i can get out to my lake house. if any one can help me id be thinkful. up for any ideas thanks. asking $20,000

Do real estate agents and brokers really hate sites like Zillow and Trulia?  

They bought 10 acres in Umatilla for under $70k (foreclosure, no structures) and planned to build a business building as well as a custom house on the land.
