@Jason Utley   I just came from 2 days in Dallas and looking at a few of my deals I funded were my vendor bought through your company.. and I am I have to say shocked to say the least .. total garbage totally misrepresented values and rehab.. just a very poor operator and can't believe anyone would do business with this company..

I could be way off base here, and if I am I apologize, but even starting an unlisted (or non-traded/non-public) REIT requires quite a bit of capital, management, and marketing. 

Am I eternally bound to an agent that showed the property?

I have a feeling - that in case of condominiums - some big liens are out of the picture.Like Sewer and Water.Question - am I right that in case of condos - the Certificate of Occupancy, Smoke & Fire Certs, Permits etc . - should be the Management's Responsibility, and not of the unit owner?
