I  received a call the other day, as well as a letter,  from the Sect. 8 dept. saying that my tenants voucher has been reduced from $1100 (full rent) to $800 due to the tenant getting a job. 

I just pasted my North Carolina real estate exams and have received my license. 

I have had people ask many questions that are addressed in my for-rent posting, which leads me to believe people just don't pay attention.

Many of the sites say they fund an incredibly small amount of the applications they receive.

The only other grace that FHA gives you is if you receive the loan then suddenly get a job far enough away so that you can live on the property.
