A good PM can steer you to the areas that perform the best and are in the most demand.If you rely on a sales agent, they may not have any idea what makes a good rental and could steer you in the wrong direction.

Where did you find the agent?

The process in Germany takes a good 8 weeks to fully close on a property, and you'll want to use a good real estate agent to walk you through all the legal steps. 

When I have similar issues I try to remind myself that they are good problems to have and I am blessed to even be a housing provider.
