I am interested in knowing if anyone has worked with private funding/investors for a percentage of the profits and not pay any interest rate or points. 

Hello,I am new to real estate investing, particularly in finding the right person to help me find a great deal (I.E. real estate agent and/or wholesalers), contractors to help repair the home, escrow agent (ensure I get the numbers right) and private/hard money lenders. 

With the last house I flipped, a partner and I borrowed private funds at 12% to acquire and rehab the house, which was a starter home somewhat out in the sticks near me.

Suggest you actually post a sample or two of it revealing address etc, let people comment on it.
