If you have a buyer lined up you could potentially navigate the contracts. 

I will be even more specific James.FOr those who never born and live in Iran , Venezuela, Bolivia , Argentina, even Turkey in 2022/2023 now, The Phillipine in the 1990s, Thai in 1990s, South Korean in 1998.......just don't talk about inflation or hyperinflation to us.

It is more expensive, but the process overall--once you learn to navigate it--is simpler.I agree with @Sanat Bhandari!

The events tab can be difficult to navigate so if you are interested and have trouble finding it let me know but I’d encourage you to checkout other meetups in Worcester as well and get to know some other investors in the area. 

The only time I have ever successfully navigated something like this to my benefit was when a relationship could be established.

Hopefully, I will speak their language and we can navigate this without adding any un-needed costs.
