If so, you might want to put up a listing to see what kind of demand you get.

I'm guessing this is the right sub-forum since this is a tax/withholding/legal/investor contract kind of question.  

If I were you, I would never rent my place to someone with that kind of a history even if the place goes without rent.

Now, maybe that style is not for you, as it is less-than could be afforded to someone, but it does strike to the heart of the matter, with a touch of kindness and respect.
