The only way to find out is if you can rent it at the new proposed rate.If your intentions are to rehab the unit, it needs to get done sooner or later.

They raise rates next week, which I'm predicting will happen because they can't afford to allow this volatility to continue in the market, and need to take the hit sooner than later.

So if you plan to be in business for the long run, sooner is better than later.I know that doesn't really answer your question but no one will be able to do that without knowing more about your specific situation.

Would love any recommendations on banks/credit unions to call as I hope to pull the $ out sooner to continue purchasing. 

It is in a gated community, club house with pool and gym, schools (elementary, middle, and high school) are all within a 5-mile radius. 

@Jochy Perez, the costs covered by the association don't go away simply because owners aren't paying... sooner or later, the association needs to be made whole.  

Overall, I think that if I would have found Bigger Pockets sooner, I may have taken more action to grow my Real Estate Investing career.
