Have a single family unit purchased in Nov 15', renovated and now have nice cash flow on the property.  How long should I wait to refinance and cash out to do it all over?

@Ryan Monier Portfolio lenders will cash out sooner than 6 months. We have done this for 6 different BRRRR deals here in Connecticut. Just find a local bank or credit union that does portfolio loans. It might take some calling around but they are out there.

If you want to go the conventional route, they will require 6-12 months of seasoning like the previous poster mentioned.

Best of luck to you.
