Annuities come in various flavors, but the two simplest varieties are period certain and lifetime.

The more you flower it up the more some may get ticked off.

The second generation knows both cultures and doesn't 100% trust either one.Please understand these are generalizations, and individuals vary quite a bit depending on a variety of circumstances. 

I chose a shade tree and few flowering shrubs.

That could be for a variety if reasons, that unit is farther from the street, or newer appliances, or the perception that they will get a free new paint job in the soon to be available unit etc...Do you entertain such request?
