“REHAB”Even if you find beautiful hardwood floors under nasty carpet, keep in mind your focus is ‘tenant proofing.’

Im looking to possibly convert this property into a triplex with 2br units on each floor using a 203k loan.

In search of good contractors for renovations on porches, patios, kitchen, bathroom, drywall, flooring, painting etc.

I am already having them put vinyl planking in all the floors including the bedroom and both houses have separate utilities.

I'm asking out of ignorance, as I haven't done much research yet (outside of this post) on the details of renting garage space.  

After finishing the work and thinking that everything is fine I did a bad job with the shingles installation and with the first rains I was mopping the floors and having buckets around the house to not mess my wooden floor.

Some of them favor the investment side space, while I have both investors and residential buyers and sellers.

I put new Appliances on 18-month zero interest card promotion, and Flooring on 12-month zero interest card promotion - so about 1/2 of the rehab cost is FREE-OPM.
