New to BP: investor in CT

Hi everyone!

I've been an investor now for 3 years but just decided to get more involved with the bigger pockets network!

I got licensed as an agent in CT less than a year ago - ultimately to save myself (and even earn) money on deals I pursue!

I am most interested and seeking multi family rentals and fix and flip properties. My goal is to buy 5 more rental properties this year and I plan to do so with the BRRRR strategy and when possible, buying turnkey properties with accumulated cash flow from my current rentals and profit from flipped properties. I have been finding it more difficult to source deals through the mls and beginning to move my strategy elsewhere (direct mail, internet ads, etc).

While an introduction and a bit of simply "getting my feet wet" has been my reason for posting, I suppose my ultimate goal with joining bigger pockets is networking and seeking advice for off market deals (and all thing investing) Also, I am interested in finding new local investors and lenders to work with!

Thank you for helping my get started!

Kevin
