The Asian community by and large is well educated highly driven and is nuts about Real Estate and owning it.

And fishing the other main industry same thing just not enough jobs to do much there.. 

The contractors I am involved with , when the weekend hits , they are out in their Motorhome with their family , quite a few take their boats out and do some White Marlin or Tuna fishing , and others head to their beach house . 

But when they put all his notes into default and default interest rates he went nuts..

Things are getting to be so nuts here in CO, it would not shock me to see landlords forced into something like this.
