Hey there,

I'm trying to get into real estate investing and have purchased some undeveloped surplus land from the county in Raymond, WA. I'm not sure what to do next. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Cecil

Generally, you want to do your due diligence before you purchase the property to see if there are any restrictions or issues that will effect your ability to build. I'd suggest contacting the area's planning department to check the zoning, setbacks, and property history.
Are you planning to build a duplex and it's zoned single family?  Those type of question are best answered before you pull the trigger.
