The other option is you can fund the whole project yourself with cash then once finished put a 30 year mortgage on it and take out 70%-80% LTV with a HML.

Build date is expected to be finished by February or March of 2022. 

I treat them well, as far as soon as they finish the job, I pay them via an app, and they seem to really appreciate that and go the extra mile when I need that.

@Tim Monistere the tools that @Joshua McMillion mentioned are great tools to use plus I'd add to that list by using zillow rentals, apartments.com, Facebook marketplace, and see what the exact match apartments typically go for.Also take into consideration the type of finishes or other items you include with your unit.

Just finished reading Brandon Turners book and working on a house hack in here in SoCal. 

All of the parcels, including the parcel with Mobile home spaces (occupied) are being analyzed against the land cost per door of the finished project. 

Finished the kitchen out, moved a closet from a guest room with 2 closets over to the primary bedroom so primary has 2 closets, and refreshed all paint/light fixtures.
