Getting Pictures for Properties Under Contract in Another State

Hey there, I'm a real estate wholesaler based out of Austin, Texas. Our primary markets are larger cities within Texas, but I also wholesale in Ohio, Florida, Georgia, New York, Arizona, Illinois, Colorado, etc.

Every now and then, I run into a problem securing photos of properties I get out-of-state, where the property is vacant, and the owner also lives out-of-state.

Do you all have any recommendations for getting pictures of vacant properties that are out-of-state, and the property owner also lives out-of-state? Would you recommend hiring a bird dog or posting a small gig on Craigslist in search of photographers?

I'm open to any recommendations. I appreciate it!
