Being that this is my first flip, I'm very cost conscious, but at the same time I don't want to run into a headache by paying a dirt cheap price and having the work messed up.My question to the forum is, what is a good price to pay for the new furnace/ac/new ventilation?

The upgrade is exceptionally nice.

I wouldnt waste money upgrading it besides the BARE essentials.

If you go with this, see if you can find some way to upgrade the curb appeal, so your place becomes the place people are waiting to get into.

The upgrades can be had, but at a hefty price.

The complex owner called him last winter and wanted to upgrade to 90% efficient furnaces.

It's a much better selling point than granite, upgraded fixtures, etc for the types of buyers that are looking at our houses.But, of course, every area is going to be different...

We upgraded the platform that the site runs on and it led to dozens of problems, which we've been fixing for the past 2 days (I didn't get to have any fun on the 4th as a result, unfortunately).That said, I believe everything is back up and running as it should.
