If I did not request a statement, I would have never knew it was only $7600.00 .So, you cant go by the description, the price or GOOGLE.

My suggestion for those that use this function is to be very descriptive in your request other than clicking the basic box's  so for me who has gotten plethora of these leads I simply don't respond.. 

We include in our application a description of the Approval Process:  Upon approval and acceptance of the application move-in funds must be submitted within 48 hours. 

So if there is a slump in their pipeline there will likely be reduced sales volume of some level and they should acknowledge that and provide a description of how they can survive that, not say sales will just stay up from somewhere else.

To rent up more quickly, develop an ad that sells a lifestyle, not just a house description.

Additionally a more concrete description of your goals would be beneficial as well.
