Accepted tenant has not responded!
So we sent an email telling a possible tenant that we accepted their application. But we haven’t heard from the tenant since. We have nothing signed yet. I want to know if I can legally still show and accept applications for the property. Do I have to send anything formal? We’ve called and emailed with no correspondence.

You are not legally required to do so but no need to be rude like they are to you. I would send them a note saying since you haven't responded we are moving on.
Then, move on. Get it listed. Also, don't take down the listing next time until they move in. Continue to look for backup tenants.
