@Ariel G.Buying turnkey properties will likely reduce your ROI because of the higher purchase price, since you will be buying at or very close to market value instead of at a steep discount.If you BRRR, you can buy a property for a deep discount and then manage the rehab yourself.

We had an inspection done prior to closing, had all the repairs from it fixed by the sellers and had it professionally deep cleaned before they moved in.I agree I'd rather know about some of the "stupid" stuff than not know about major things and I expected getting some of that.
