The Pre-foreclosure and Foreclosures listing would contain current owner's contact information, date and amount of default, amount home is worth, how much the house was originally brought for, etc.Thanks so much for your input @James Mc Ree!!

But I also don't want to be scrambling trying to find a contractor to look it over when I get it under contract and have my inspection period.I guess at this point I am just looking to get into contact with a general contractor or somebody who can give me a good idea of what they can do the work for on any property I bring them to.
