The neighbor's include a coach and his wife, a truck driver (who parks his big-rig in the driveway), two families with small children that play in the streets every weekend, and a group of college students. 

Though, in any type of training or coaching program results depend on the individual's willingness to take action.

So I'm looking for a local mentor/coach that can help me start quickly my wholesale/flipping career.

I've heard of similar coaching and mentorship programs for building real estate brokerage teams...often times this consists of developing a business plan with consistent accountability.
