I haven't seen any of the numbers for the property and want to know how i can go about reaching out to analyze the deal.If anyone has any advice or tips that would help it would be greatly appreciated, thank you all for your time

Hey, i'm looking to discuss and analyze deals with investors/agents in the MA and NJ (east coast) regions.

Biggerpockets also has a calculator you can use to analyze deals and I highly recommend you start this as soon as possible, even if you are not ready to buy.

As to liens, you can check down at the county clerks office, and nowadays, public records are available online.

I analyze at 8% or 1 turnover per month.

I have tried to find calculators/spreadsheets for this scenario, but can't find something to show me how I would do in this deal.Does anyone know of a way to calculate this deal using existing tools or can they point me in the right direction for analyzing this deal?
