I am not afraid to pay $900-$1,300 for a CPA who knows what they are doing and takes great care of me as a client during tax season and throughout the year with tax-related questions.I have used the same CPA in Newberg, Oregon the past two years and this year they have made an absolute mess of my tax return.

I contacted a company that does foundation repair to see if they could go walk the property with me, but I'm afraid if I wait for them (1.5-2 weeks) the property might be gone. 

Don't be afraid to look that stuff up.

I am afraid my only option will be to have to take them to court as opposed to the building inspector or code enforcement making them move it, which would be ideal- building a house is frantic-paced and costly already.
