Not my tenant - eviction hearing.

Long story short. My tenant moved out and left me his ex boyfriend living there and he refuses to leave the apt. He's not on the lease either. I already filed for eviction. I finally figured out his name and i checked his Criminal record etc online which is free. I live in PA and there is free access to Pennsylvania's Unified Judicial System which provides comprehensive public access to court records online. I just want to make sure that I'm not overstepping my boundaries and won't get in trouble for searching him without his permission (I think it's okay as it's free public access) but just want to make sure I can bring this up at court. He left me with a criminal that isn't paying rent and won't vacate my apt. Living there for free ugh.
