I've always wanted the freedom to travel the world spontaneously, and I think taking some business trips to my STR's all over the world would make for a great tax write off. 

We have a lot to learn, since we are brand new, but we are very excited to enter the world of real estate investing!

I felt that House Hacking was a good way to get into the world of real estate - learn the ins & outs of what is needed to manage a property - while living free of housing expenses.

There is no exception carved out for "I'm not selling real estate - I'm only marketing the contract" or any of the other BS excuses that wholesalers use to justify stealing equity from uninformed or desperate sellers.There is no end to commission-only jobs in the world. 

I asked her why she did not ask to view the property first and she said she was so desperate for a rental she just "leaped" on it before she lost it.When checking Facebook profiles many of these scammers will live in other parts of the country (or world).
