I believe BiggerPockets is a social media platform of sorts and need help connecting with others in the area.

Hello guysI came across some investment platforms and I would like to raise a discussion to find out the differences, guarantees and performance stats.Do you invest with anyone of these?

Place ads on every platform you can where home buyers could be looking for an inexpensive home.

ISqFt is one platform of a few that do this, and it's common.  

Outside of just networking and looking for off-market deals I think in today's data driven environment we can leverage different technology platforms to help with a lot of the heavy lifting that goes into sourcing a MF opportunity. 

Does anyone have experience with Frank Gallinelli's deal analyzing platform www.realdata.com?
