One investor guy gave me a nice assorted basket of smoked meats and cheese from a local store here, very good stuff not that mail order stuff, had a note with it, something about he thought I could use the food after I sold him a house, joke being he thought he had stolen it.

We are also providing drinks and food after to celebrate the holidays.

I know that a couple just bought a local business on Main St called Ron's Variety and started offering  thai food and the demand is high.

Food price control? 

She said they could be paid cash or it could be paid for things that are not expected to be paid for (food, housing, clothing,etc).

Most of them have all 3 meals at the house unless they make takeable food for riding on the boat.

I have to agree with the last response and add that if you do nothing your problem with more then like get worst , use what you have learned and put ip a fight, and watch how they back off,, And have the tenate not leave food around open in the house if at all possible.

I'm sure you have plenty of food for thought though!

If a tenant makes that much, the tenant can probably afford the basics of life (food, utilities, etc.) and still pay the rent.
