What is your experience owning and evaluating income properties.

Selecting a stock as long as you are in a blue chip stock and evaluating technical analysis, anybody can do it. 

Separately, you should evaluate capital partners.

Not the end of the world, but I was really surprised at some of the comps and evaluation standards that were quite different than the refinance appraiser submitted. 

Working on the beach (lots of logs roll in), repairing anything, replacing a toilet seat and doing some general deep cleaning.

Lets say if the loan goes to FREDDIE MAC, then can we “wash” the PITIA out, then evaluate thebusiness return of the company that owns the REO and follows standard self-employed requirements?
