How do I become a wholesaler?

I’ve been going to seminar after seminar. I even have attended some webinars but I’m still not sure how to begin the wholesaling process. Do I really have to spend thousands of dollars on a 3day course to begin or is there another way? I need help!

Try and attend all local real estate meet ups ...type in the city you reside in with Reia behind it on google and go from there
