Nix the 3 times bit in ad and other stuff save it for application, in this range it is insulting, save that for starter rentals, maybe offer yard maintenance or club included things that would appeal to a professional also cooling says other, no central air?

being a west coast flyer we look out for big rocks.. out there in flat land country I was dogging radio towers 2 and 3k feet in the air … different experience.. of course we are used to cruising much higher than a lot of the guys I talk to that fly GA out east..

If you read the fine print of the terms, you will find that if you move-out of the house (particularly if you acquire a new property into which you will be moving) you are suppose to bring the LTV of your initial property to 80% or lower.As @Jordan Clermont hinted, lenders seldom follow-up on this - unless you are trying to secure a second high-ratio insured mortgage.

@Mike Nuss is an expert at city of Portland rental laws.I think the city is tightening up on Air bnb but don't know about arbitraging them.. but renting a room from someone might be the way to go.. rents are going to be higher here than KC on the whole.. especially if you have to be closer to downtown or OHSU..But maybe we can get Mike to help you out..
