Do cash buyers really exist in Los Angles?

I do not claim myself as a veteran but got exposed to the real estate business for quite some time.I look to associating myself with a wide network of expertise that begins with exploring the property, pricing, fund accumulation /investment, management, and even monetization of the property.

But Generally speaking the low values assets are simply not coveted by listings Agents.. so its pretty wide open in those markets for wholesalers to be the nexus between buyer and seller..
