Pittsburgh Market Inquiry!

Hello fellow members,

I am excited to announce that I am currently looking into my first property - a houseback - in Pittsburgh!

I'm in California so I can do just about as much research as is available online. I wanted to hear through you guys personally, what your thoughts are on the Pittsburgh, PA market and its appreciation, etc.

Any input is very helpful and widely appreciated!!

On another note, I have run into a lot of varying averages when it comes to renting out a single bedroom within a unit. I.e my houseback. Please help! This will be my first deal and I am just trying to maximize my due diligence. :)

For specificity, the zip code and neighborhood of my prospective purchase is in the Westwood and is a (2) 3-bed 1 bath multifamily property.

Kindly,

Andrew Ceja
