I'm not sure I belong on any "dream teams", but yes I do evaluate a lot of multifamily.We currently have over 500 units under contract and my partner was interviewed by the Wall Street Journal yesterday and a deal we recently purchased in Florida will apparently be featured as their "deal of the week" next Wed.

Due to the FHA loan taking about 45 days for closing, we're kinda strapped on time in terms of finding a property in time to have closed by the wedding on 10/27. 

And recorders data has to be abstracted from document images - so it is prohibitively expensive to "just go get from the county for free" unless your time to go look at the documents, and enter the data, is worth nothing.

The classic handwritten yellow letters don't work well for presenting a professional image; that strategy is more covert and works better for people who are intentionally not wanting to look like a professional or a business.

I emailed the images of the deed and my steps to him as well as a testimonial video and guess what?

Now that I am increasing my awareness of different methods one can use I can imaging a right time to leverage my money by using loans to keep expanding my real estate holdings under the right conditions of course and knowing I can do it responsibly. 

Everyone can do things right or wrong and that individual doesn't speak for all with that title; but can tarnish the image of the industry.
