I know it can be uncomfortable but I also know you had a 'growth' moment in doing this.

In the past 8 years i've had one non routine maintenance call across several new properties versus a slew of maintenance calls from older properties.  

Finally fixing Main St. in Somersworth is paying dividends for the area around downtown (though there is a looong way to go).Let's be honest though, both towns are amongst the most dangerous and rough towns in NH, and routinely make (or even top) the list of worst places to live in the state.

Exploring new places is a little hard since we well into a routine taking them to the Alexandria zoo or Shreveport Sci-port center.

I just have to make sure utilities and city water/sewer are available on that parcel I am not doing the well and septic tank routine.

Get uncomfortable and if you dont have money to market- go door knock, go cold call, go drive for dollars but get off your ARSE and do something.This is my turkey day rant!
