Here are a few things required to get the site shoveled ready: Ssurveys, environmental studies, environmental impact studies, engineering studies, storm water management solutions, preliminary Architectural drawings… Zoning to Commercial Residential is not the first step.You can make a lot of money by taking raw land to shovel ready, so I would do that and skip building the apartments.

I would not let them either believeme been there done that > in almostall cases the tenants do not takecare of pet and inside it damagescarpets and 80% of the pets casesyou have to either deep clean the carpet but usually have to replacesome if not all of the carpet> in 1800SQFT house I bet you have no lessthan 700 SQFT of carpet which isno less than $1500 for replacing itI would say to them can you put up1/2 cost of replacing the carpet asa seperate pet deposit of say $700if not well forget it.Sounds unreasonable yeah but trashingthe carpet and them skipping also isIt is their problem not yours and did younot rent it to them without a pet????
