Finding end buyers
Where is the best place to find end buyers??

Reverse searching on MLS is your best bet. You'll find actual cash buyers not the fakes. Set seach setting to properties that closed cash and see who the buyer was. If it's an LLC then look up the entity on open corporates and find the principal. Just be ready...these people will not want to waste time so get your pitch straight or actually have something ready to assign.
