I am currently reading David Greene's book on "By, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat." 

My goal is wholesale 5 homes, then purchase my own to turn over as a BRRRR, and repeat that process.

Of course, not everything is about cash flow, but if I want to repeat the process, I will still need to qualify for my 2nd loan.

We have discussed (over Heinekens) the many avenues of this industry, and the BRRRR strategy is a focus I would like to take since it affords me the “Rinse and repeat” opportunity.
