The list has gotten so large though and I'm so busy with day-to-day deals that I need to put a system in place -- beyond periodic phone calls - to stay in front of these people and be there when then time comes.Have any of you put a process in place that you've found to be successful?

Set a list of 'punishments' for each stage of the process that you don't achieve. 

My realtor and I have been scouring the Minneapolis market and we're in the process of potentially securing additional properties (if the price is right).  

Remind her that she will be charged every day and if she is not out today, you will begin to start the eviction process on top of the daily charge, which will go on her record.

Right now I am in the process of learning about what real estate is about, every day learning something new and very exited to take this journey. 

Their processes are drawn out and not only could you pay 30% plus it will take you 30% plus longer to complete your project based on their (both big box stores) installed sales processes.

In the meanwhile, can you point me to a brochure or a link reg. the process of financing through your company?

Below is my current process.1.

I know there are (1) impact/tap fees, (2) private contractor fees to do the conversion and (3) the cost to abandon the septic tank.I would love to hear from anyone who has gone through this process recently.
