Converting Septic to Sewer - Cobb County GA

Anyone familiar with converting a property from septic to sewer in Cobb County, Georgia?  We have a property under contract in Acworth that is on septic and have found out that there may be a stipulation by the county that as homes are sold in this neighborhood they have to be converted.

I'll find out more tomorrow after talking to the county but was just curious if anyone has a general idea of the cost?  I know there are (1) impact/tap fees, (2) private contractor fees to do the conversion and (3) the cost to abandon the septic tank.

I would love to hear from anyone who has gone through this process recently.  And any recommendations for reputable companies in the area who can give us an estimate would also be appreciated.
