Now if you are making far more money investing than at your job I would at that point refinance the hard money into a low qualification loan option in the 5%-6% range to speed up your goals.Best of Luck!

@Tim DelaneyYes my attorney said nothing popped up on the attorney approval letter check with this but they are going to just double check with the town again.Hopefully I’m all good to go.Yes the 1k/night was during peak ski season .

When I used Cozy once the lease ended it was up and I had to redo everything, and they didn't have a mobile platform yet and my tenants wanted that.I would spend some time watching their youtube videos to get a better grasp of it and put those videos on 1.5 playback speed to save some time.
