House Hack Realtors in the KC Area

My wife and I were were considering a house hack in the Kansas City area and were wondering of any realtors that had specialized in this type of real estate in the area. If there was anyone that folks would recommend, I would appreciate it.

Duplex or quadplex is what we were looking for. We were going to try and live in for a year if we could find the right spot.
